The front office manager Ercan was helpful. Omar assisted with luggage and was very polite! The location was near main attractions, made exploring easy. I appreciated the transportation arrangements.
The room was very small! The double bed pretty much filled the space.

Public transportation is very close. I noticed the hotel is within walking distance. The Grand Bazaar is only a few minutes away by foot. It is easily accessible from the hotel.

The staff were super friendly. I received perfect service. The front office manager Ercan did a great job, and he seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being. They helped with metrocard issues.

The hotel offered good breakfasts. I found the experience very enjoyable. I could find good restaurants in the vicinity. I also noticed a Starbucks, though its opening hours are inconsistent.

The breakfast lacked VARIETY. a receptionist pressured me to give a perfect score upon checkout. This felt quite unprofessional. The room was cramped. It barely contained the bed.

Check-in was efficient. The room had ample space. Breakfast included a variety of choices, spanning from eggs to fresh fruit. I REALLY liked the location. It was near public transportation and a vibrant food street.
The free spa access had limited hours.

The hotel's location is very central. The area is also very calm. It is convenient to stroll around Sultanahmet and Beyazit in the evenings. I found many shops and places to eat within a short walk.
